Krushin is a conditioning tool designed to remodel the shin. Applying continued pressure with the concaved maple wood roller, influences the natual process of bone remodeling. The shin is forced to adapt under the constant pressure. (Bone Remodeling is the process which reshapes the bones to meet the changing mechanical needs that occur throughout one's life). Thai boxers' mix martial arts', football (soccer) players', baseball players' and skateboarders' lifestyles make conditioned shin mendatory.

The blade of a sword is made dull with each cut. Thus creates the need for honing stones, sharpenning tools. The blade of the shin is no different. Each blade must be honed. Each must be sharpened for each blade is an extension of you.

Q: What is a KruShin?
A: KruShin is a handcrafted shin conditioning tool, a shin sharpener.

Q: What are the benefits of using KruShin?
A: KruShin increases pain tolerance, massages bruised tissue surrounding the shin, and influences the natural process of bone remodeling.

Q: Who can benefit from conditioned shins?
A: Thai Boxers, Mix Martial Artists, Football (Soccer) Players, and baseball players can all benefit from a set of honed shins.

Q: Can KruShin physically reshape the shin?
A: KruShin is designed to remodel the shape of the shin. By applying continued pressure with the concaved roller, the shin is force to adapt. Thai Boxers’, Mix Martial Artists’, Football (Soccer) Players‘, and baseball players’ lifestyles make conditioned shins mandatory.

Q: Why use ball-bearings instead of a rod?
A: A rod running along the length of the roller would create friction along the interior wall which would prevent the natural motion of the roller. With the use of ball-bearings, the applied force is directly transferred to the shin.

Q: Why not use a rolling pin?
A: You can and I have… but a rolling pin is designed to roll dough while KruShin is designed to roll your shin. This design maximizes the time devoted to conditioning the shins.

- Clear rock maple, the same wood used to make baseball bats for the pro's, is the wood I use to make the rollers of each and every KruShin.
- 30 guarantee: Return the KruShins, for any reason, in 30 days and the cost of the KruShins plus the cost of shipping and handling shall be refunded (not including the cost of return).
- I invented the KruShin, I did not invent the idea of rolling shins. Like most people, I followed the instructions of my Kru and rolled my shins. I have been rolling my shins since 1991. From bottles, to rolling pins, to the KruShin, I have never suffered any complications from rolling either shin. (Unlike my hips, which has suffered from tendinous from years of kicking heavy bags).
